Pankaj has extensive (~22yrs) international experience in legal, brand protection, security, and risk mitigation. His legal acumen combined with his strong business, marketing and supply chain expertise enables him to provide his clients with innovative and practical legal and business solutions for an array of goods and services in several distinct industry segments such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, vaccines, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), financial institutions, apparel, shoes, electrical home appliances, electronics, fashion, spirits and films, guaranteeing enhanced patient/ consumer safety, trust, business value and return on investment.

Pankaj was most recently with GlaxoSmithKline leading its Legal Brand Protection and Anti-Counterfeiting organization in the Asia Pacific (3yrs 7mnths) and prior with Johnson & Johnson as its Regional Director Brand Protection Asia Pacific (10yrs 1mnth), both worlds' leading healthcare companies, where he established a successful legal, IP, brand protection and risk mitigation programs and earned the respect of his clients, colleagues and peers in the industry. He was part of IP boutique law firm Lall & Sethi, managing MPA's Anti-Piracy program in South Asia.

Pankaj is frequently called upon by colleagues to troubleshoot problems and provide trusted advice proactively. He is also a regular keynote speaker at a wide range of events in the Asia Pacific.
